As the Huntington’s plans are rapidly evolving, we will continue to update this webpage with the most up-to-date information available. At this time, the Huntington Theatre Company is suspending all public performances and events at both the Huntington Avenue Theatre and Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA until further notice.

  • Lydia R. Diamond's adaptation of The Bluest Eye will move to a future Huntington season. All ticketholders have been contacted by members of our ticketing services team to discuss their options. We remain committed to The Bluest Eye and all artists involved; it will be produced in a future Huntington season.

  • Our annual Gala, the Spotlight Spectacular, has been postponed until June 15.

  • The 20/21 season will now launch in October with An Ideal Husband. What the Constitution Mean to Me has now moved from this summer to November. Kirsten Greenidge's Our Daughters, Like Pillars will also be a part of the 20/21 season (replacing Hurricane Diane which will move to a future season),

  • Ticket sales for Lackawanna Blues have been temporarily suspended and we are looking to reschedule this production. New dates will be announced soon.
  • We are looking forward to presenting an engagement of The Simon & Garfunkel Story national tour, which is now being rescheduled. Those subscribers who already added this special event to their subscription package have been refunded, and we'll be announcing new dates for later this year as soon as they are finalized.

In keeping with our commitment to customer service and our flexible exchange policies, we are happy to work with any patrons who feel uncomfortable attending their designated performance when our venues reopen.

We have great confidence in the future of the Huntington and in the extraordinary line-up of plays that will grace our stages as a part of our 20/21 sesaon. We can't wait to share them with you.

All of us at the Huntington appreciate your deep commitment to and support of the work we do. We bring people together for a living, and when we gather we are all made better. We look forward to welcoming you back.

We send our best wishes for health and safety to you all.
