Wick Simmons Broadway Tour: The Band’s Visit. Wick Simmons has performed at Joe’s Pub, The Kennedy Center, The Dolby, MASS MoCA, Carnegie Hall, Maison l’Amérique Latine, and on NPR. On an international scale, Wick’s body of work spans the worlds of creative-technology, theater, installation art, kink, improvisation, older and newer music.
Wick Simmons Broadway Tour: The Band’s Visit. Wick Simmons has performed at Joe’s Pub, The Kennedy Center, The Dolby, MASS MoCA, Carnegie Hall, Maison l’Amérique Latine, and on NPR. On an international scale, Wick’s body of work spans the worlds of creative-technology, theater, installation art, kink, improvisation, older and newer music. Recent projects include collaborating with TISCARENO Studio for 2023 ParisFashion Week, writing music for GRAMMY-winning vocalist Zachary James’ album “Song of Myself” that was named “the classical project of the year” (Daily Music Spin), and an ongoing interactive sound installation with Kėkė Søl and PREY Collective in a bunker in East Berlin. He is a graduate of Northwestern University, has been a resident artist at the Banff Arts Centre, the Hambidge Center, a fellow at the Bang on a Can and Silkroad Ensemble’s summer festivals, a student at Pinchas Zukermans Young Artists Programme, among others.
