Annie Tippe is an award-winning director and creator of new work, music theater, and film. With frequent collaborator and composer Dave Malloy, she directed the world premieres of Octet (Lortel Award: Best Direction, Best Musical), Three Houses (Lortel Award: Best Musical) and Ghost Quartet (Norton Award: Best Visiting Production). She has also directed premiere productions by Laura Benanti, La urence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin, Gabriel Kahane, Julia May Jonas, Molly Beach Murphy and Jeanna Phillips, and Leslye Headland.
