Doug Lippincott

Doug Lippincott (he/him) A graduate of New England Conservatory, Doug has been teaching and performing drums and percussion for decades throughout New England and beyond. He has performed with many leading orchestras including Rhode Island Philharmonic and Boston Symphony and Boston Pops Orchestras. His talents have also taken him beyond the concert stage into the world of Jazz, Pop, R&B, and Rock. He has gigged with many artists including: Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Gil Evans, Johnny Mathis, Yes, Deep Purple, Brian Wilson, Kansas, the Moody Blues, and the Beastie Boys. Doug often contributes his skills to the area’s vibrant musical theater scene, including countless productions at The Huntington, the Wang, the Colonial Theater, the Opera House, Providence Performing Arts Center, and Lyric Stage.
