Volunteer
Whether backstage‚ in Front of House‚ or working at a special event‚ Huntington volunteers have the unique opportunity to assist the theatre and at the same time become a part of The Huntington family.
Ushers – Help support The Huntington!
Volunteer ushers are a vital part of the theatre’s Front of House operations. More than 1,280 volunteers are needed for more than 300 performances each season!
Volunteer ushers should check in with the House Manager and Head Usher upon arrival. Arrival times may vary, depending upon the venue. Volunteer ushers are expected to hand out programs, help seat patrons before the show starts, and answer basic questions which patrons have about the theatre. In exchange, ushers can see the performance free of charge and get an inside look at the workings of a professional theatre company.
Many people‚ including couples‚ families‚ and friends volunteer at The Huntington. Please join us!
