August 2021 Update:
We are announcing an important step forward in The Huntington’s journey toward becoming a more equitable and actively anti-racist organization: the launch of our Anti-Racist Strategic Action Plan (ASAP).
The ASAP includes concrete policies and procedures to be implemented (and/or reinforced) across the entire organization. Each policy will work on its own and as part of a holistic institutional effort to catalyze and sustain The Huntington’s stated commitment to systemic change.
