In a Nashville honky-tonk bar, whiskey flows, heartbreaking ballads fill the air, and yearning lingers at every turn. This fresh, funny and ingenious new musical features a powerhouse original score that blends folk, bluegrass and pop-country as faded country music star Tammy Trip returns to the dive bar where she got her start, setting off a perfect storm of raging emotions and romantic entanglements. This thrilling musical experience comes from writer Michael Kimmel (The Last Goodbye) and composer Lauren Pritchard (original cast of Spring Awakening). The New York Times raves, “A pretty ripping yarn about love, betrayal and the hunger for fame and achievement.”
