Lee Savage

Lee Savage recently worked on Disgraced (2016) at the Huntington. He has New York City credits that include Muscles in Our ToesSunset Baby, and Thinner than Water (Labyrinth Theater Company), Collapse (Women's Project Theater), All-American (LCT3), The Dream of the Burning Boy and Ordinary Days (Roundabout Theatre Company), Oohrah! (Atlantic Theater Company), The Bereaved (Partial Comfort Productions), and punkplay (Clubbed Thumb). Regional credits include productions at Asolo Repertory Theatre, Chautauqua Theater Company, Dallas Theater Center, Glimmerglass Festival, Goodman Theatre, Guthrie Theater, Shakespeare Theatre Company, Washington National Opera, Westport Country Playhouse, Wilma Theater, Yale Repertory Theatre, and others. International credits include A Streetcar Named Desire (The Gate in Dublin) and The Jammer (Edinburgh Fringe Festival). Mr. Savage received a Helen Hayes Award for Much Ado About Nothing and Helen Hayes Award nominations for A Midsummer Night's Dream and Richard III at Shakespeare Theatre Company, as well as a Connecticut Critics Circle Award for The Intelligent Design of Jenny Chow at Yale Repertory Theatre. He is a member of Wingspace Theatrical Design and a contributing editor for Chance Magazine. He received his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and MFA from the Yale School of Drama where he is currently on faculty.
