Joy Jones

Joy Jones has New York credits that include Zaide (Lincoln Center Festival), among others. She has appeared in Ruined and Tantalus (Denver Center for the Performing Arts), Well, Young Lady From Rwanda, Pride and Prejudice, Romeo and Juliet, and Pericles (PlayMakers Repertory Company), and Romeo and Juliet and The Tempest (Arkansas Repertory Theatre), among others. Her television credits include “Homicide,” “Tantalus,” and “The Shakespeare Sessions.” Ms. Jones earned her MFA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where she won the Samuel Selden Award. The Independent named her Best Actress of the Triangle 2010 for Young Lady From Rwanda and Best Supporting Actress 2009 for Pride and Prejudice and Well.
