Jennifer Westfeldt

Jennifer Westfeldt previously appeared in The Power of Duff (2013) at the Huntington. She made her Broadway debut in Wonderful Town (dir. Kathleen Marshall), for which she received a Tony Award nomination, a Theater World Award, and a Drama League Award. Recent stage work includes The Explorers Club this past summer at Manhattan Theater Club, (dir. Marc Bruni), A Lifetime Burning (Primary Stages, dir. Pam McKinnon), Finks (The Powerhouse Theater/New York Stage and Film, dir. Charlie Stratton), Three Sisters (LA Theaterworks), and the original production of The Power of Duff (New York Stage and Film and Vassar's Powerhouse Theater, dir. Peter DuBois). As an actress and filmmaker, Ms. Westfeldt is perhaps best known for writing and starring in the indie films Kissing Jessica Stein (Indie Spirit Award nomination, Golden Satellite Award/Best Actress, multiple Audience Awards), Ira & Abby (Best Actress/HBO Comedy Festival, multiple Audience Awards), and 2012’s hit Friends With Kids (Top Ten films of 2012, New York Magazine, NPR), which also marked her directorial debut. Television credits include “24, “Grey's Anatomy,“Notes From the Underbelly,“Children's Hospital,” “Judging Amy,” “Before You Say I Do,” “Hack,” “Numbers,” “Holding the Baby,” “Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place,” and the upcoming season of HBO’s “Girls.”
