Gameela Wright

Gameela Wright previously appeared in I Was Most Alive With You (2016) at the Huntington. She has off Off Broadway credits that include Elephant Girls (Emerging Artists Theatre); The Lower Depths and Time to Burn (Resonance Ensemble); and Little Man (Ohio Theatre). Her regional theatre credits include Checks and Balances (written by Oren Safdie, Rogers Little Theater); and A Streetcar Named Desire and You Can’t Take it With You (Northern Stage). Her film credits include the upcoming The Comedian (with Robert DeNiro), John Wick, Experimenter, Jack of the Red Hearts, Admission, Breakable You, Three Generations, and Shelter. Television credits include “Blue Bloods,” “Orange is the New Black,” “Daredevil,” “Law & Order: SVU,” “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” “The Mysteries of Laura,” and “Person of Interest.” She is a member of BAFTA and NYWIFT, and was a participant in the 2015 ABC Discovers Talent Showcase. She is a student of the renowned acting teacher, Bob Krakower.
