Ellen Adair

Ellen Adair previously appeared in Ryan Landry's "M" (2013) and as an understudy for Rabbit Hole (2006) and Carol Mulroney (2005) at the Huntington. Her Off Broadway credits include Cymbeline (Theatre for a New Audience), What the Public Wants (Mint Theater Company), Playboy of the Western World (The Pearl Theatre Company), Romeo and Hamlet (Gayfest NYC), and Sleep No More (Punchdrunk). Ms. Adair’s regional theatre credits include productions at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Pioneer Theatre Company, Baltimore’s Centerstage, Folger Shakespeare Theatre, Portland Stage Company, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, Kitchen Theatre Company, and American Shakespeare Center. In the Boston area, she has performed with Lyric Stage Company, SpeakEasy Stage Company, Actors’ Shakespeare Project, New Repertory Theatre, Publick Theatre Boston, and Centastage. She has appeared in films about Louisa May Alcott, John Audubon, and Louis Brandeis, and her television credits include “As the World Turns,” “Brotherhood,” and the PBS series “God in America.” She has a bachelor’s degree in English and theatre from Boston University.
