Bobbie Steinbach

Bobbie Steinbach previously appeared in Stephen Sondheim's Sunday in the Park with George (2016) and A Little Night Music (2015), Emlyn Williams’ The Corn is Green (2009), Tennessee Williams’ The Rose Tattoo (2004), and Sidney Kingsley’s Dead End (2000) at the Huntington. Her most recent credits include Phedre with Actors’ Shakespeare Project, of which she is a founding member/resident actor, and Light Up the Sky at Lyric Stage Company where she also appeared as Madame Armfeldt. As a longtime member of the Boston theatre community, she has performed at New Repertory Theatre, Boston Playwrights’ Theatre, SpeakEasy Stage Company, Boston Pops, and Tanglewood, among others. Ms. Steinbach has been recognized as an Outstanding Actress by the Elliot Norton committee, Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress by the Independent Reviewers of New England, and Best Actress in Boston Magazine’s Best of Boston. Ms. Steinbach is one of six actors in the US who was recently awarded a Fox Foundation Resident Actor Fellowship in association with Actors' Shakespeare Project. She is also a private audition coach and director.
