M.L. Geiger

M.L. Geiger previously designed Venus in Fur, Invisible Man, and Burn This at the Huntington (also at Studio Theatre). On Broadway she had designed The Constant Wife (Roundabout Theatre Company). Her Off Broadway credits include The Morini Strad and Olive and the Bitter Herbs (Primary Stages), Good Television and The New York Idea (Atlantic Theatre Company), Kindness, Blue Door, and The Busy World (Playwrights Horizons), Finn, Mabou Mines’ DollHouse, and Red Beads (Mabou Mines), Violet Fire (Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Next Wave Festival), and Lovers, Three Men on a Horse and Incident at Vichy (The Actors Company Theatre). Her recent credits include Natural Affection (The Actors Compant Theatre), The Sparkley Clean Funeral Singers (Capitol Repertory Theatre), The Philadelphia Story (Pioneer Theatre Company), My Fair Lady and The Heart of Robin Hood (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), and Grey Gardens (A Contemporary Theatre and The 5th Avenue Theatre). Regionally she has worked with Alley Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Asolo Theatre, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Geva Theatre Center, Guthrie Theatre, Indiana Repertory Theatre, Intiman Theatre, and Seattle Repertory Theatre, among many others. She is a graduate of Yale School of Drama and is on the faculty at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
