John McDaniel

John McDaniel’s Broadway credits include Brooklyn, the Musical (Producer/Music Supervisor/ Arranger/Orchestrator); Grease! (Music Director/Arranger); Chicago (Conductor); Patti LuPone on Broadway (Arranger); Annie Get Your Gun (Music Supervisor/ Arranger); and Taboo (Music Supervisor/Arranger). His television credits include “The Rosie O’Donnell Show” (two Emmy Awards); Comedy Central “Friar’s Roasts” 1999-2002 (Arranger/Conductor); “A Rosie Christmas” (Arranger/Conductor); and Tony Awards 1997, 1998, and 2000 (Arranger). Mr. McDaniel’s recordings include Annie Get Your Gun Cast Recording (Producer/Grammy Award); Patti LuPone Live! (Conductor/Arranger); Three solo CD’s: John McDaniel At the Piano: Broadway, Christmas and Compositions; John McDaniel Live at Joe’s Pub; and The Maury Yeston Songbook (Producer); Taboo Cast Recording (Producer/Arranger); and Brooklyn, the Musical Live Cast Recording (Producer/Arranger). He has been the guest Pops conductor throughout the country including San Francisco and St. Louis Symphonies, and received his B.F.A. in drama from Carnegie Mellon University.
