Education Apprenticeship

Pascale Florestal, the 2014-2015 Education Apprentice with members of the Education DepartmentMarisa Jones, the Education Associate, Meg O'Brien, Manager of Education Operations, Donna Glick, Director of Education, Alex Smith, Manager of Curriculum and Instruction (and.. 2008-2009 Education Apprentice), and Pascale Florestal, 2014-2015 Education Apprentice celebrate a workshop of a new piece from the Not Waiting on the World to Change program.   

This apprenticeship is vital to the running of the collaboration with the 9th grade of the Codman Academy charter high school program .  The Education Apprentice will make in-school pre-show visits for our student matinees; assist the  Education Director with Poetry Out Loud program and August Wilson monologue competition, and help in writing curriculum.  

For those applying for the Education apprenticeship please make sure your writing sample is 1 -2 pages of sample curriculum that one could do with early high school students like an exercise, game or brief text work.
