Q: What are FlexPasses?

A: FlexPasses are essentially stand-in tickets that you buy upfront and can redeem for any show at any point. Best part? They never expire either!

Q: What are the benefits of FlexPasses versus regular tickets?

A: FlexPasses always stay the same cost, regardless of seat location or production. You can also book your FlexPasses before tickets go on sale to the general public, meaning you get priority access to seating. FlexPasses have no exchange fees either, making last-minute changes easy! Give the box office a call (617-266-0800) or email us and we can exchange them for no additional charge.

Q: How do I redeem my FlexPasses?

A: There are a couple of ways depending on your personal preferences: You can call the box office (617-266-0800), fill out the online FlexPass redemption form, or email the box office at tickets@huntingtontheatre.org! For emails and form submissions, please give us at least 48 hours to respond.
