When does the offer expire?
For seated subscribers: You may request a refund of all remaining tickets at any time throughout the season. Refund requests must be received by the Huntington one week (7 days) prior to the ticketed date of your next show in order for the refund to include that show.
For FlexPass subscribers: You may request a refund of all remaining tickets at any time throughout the season. Refund requests must be received by the Huntington within 30 days after the date a show you attended.
What is covered by the refund guarantee?
This offer applies to the cost of the remaining subscription tickets only — monetary contributions, additional purchases such as Limelight literary journal, B.U. College of Fine Arts subscriptions, and handling fees are non-refundable.
How do I get the refund?
The Huntington's Box Office must receive all unused tickets intact, your subscriber card, and a written request for a refund before a refund can be issued. You must attend one show before submitting a request.
A refund will be issued for the value of your unused subscription tickets, minus a $10 service fee. Refund will be issued via the original method of payment (credit card, check, etc.)
