Attend your first show of the Huntington’s 2008-2009 Season and if you aren’t satisfied, you have until one week before your second performance (or 30 days after your first, for FlexPass Subscribers) to return your remaining tickets for a full refund. Donations, other purchases, and service fees are not refundable.

Who is eligible?
This offer is good for new subscribers to the 2008-2009 Season only. Not valid for 2007-2008 renewing subscribers.

For how long is the offer good?
For subscribers who have specific seat assignments, this offer expires one week (7 days) prior to the ticketed date for your second show. Tickets and refund requests must be received by the Huntington one week before scheduled date for your second show.

For FlexPass subscribers, this offer expires 30 days after date of the first show attended.

What is covered by the refund guarantee?
This offer applies to the cost of the remaining subscription tickets only — monetary contributions, additional purchases such as Limelight literary journal, B.U. College of Fine Arts subscriptions, and handling fees are non-refundable.

How do I get the refund?
The Huntington’s Box Office must receive all unused tickets intact, as well as your subscriber card, and a written request for a refund before a refund can be issued. You must attend one show before submitting a request.

A refund will be issued for the value of your unused subscription tickets, minus a $10 service fee. Refund will be issued via the original method of payment (credit card, check, etc.)
