
NARDA E. ALCORN* (Production Stage Manager) was last with the Huntington with August Wilson’s
Seven Guitars. Ms. Alcorn just finished the Broadway revival of
A Raisin In The Sun as Assistant Stage Manager. Prior to this, she was an Assistant Stage Manager for
The Lion King on Broadway. Ms. Alcorn has had a long and wonderful history with Mr. Wilson. Credits include Production Stage Manager for
Gem of the Ocean at the Goodman Theatre and Mark Taper Forum, Production Stage Manager for
Jitney at the Mark Taper Forum and Second Stage Theatre, and Assistant Stage Manager for
Seven Guitars regionally and on Broadway. Other credits include Production Coordinator for
Jitney at the National Theatre of Great Britain (winner Olivier Award); two seasons with The Joseph Papp Public Theater as Associate Production Manager; Company Manager for Richard Foreman’s
Paradise Hotel in Europe; and Production Stage Manager for
The Gospel at Colonus in Russia. She is currently an Associate Professor at SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Theatre Arts and Film.
