His Broadway credits include Movin' Out (Tony nomination), The Lion King (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle Awards, as well as L.A. Drama Critics and Ovation Awards in Los Angeles), All Shook Up, La Cage aux Folles, A Streetcar Named Desire, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Juan Darien (Tony nomination), The Boy From Oz, Little Shop of Horrors, After the Fall, King Hedley II, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, Bells Are Ringing, Hughie, The Green Bird, Voices in the Dark, Eastern Standard, and Holiday. Off Broadway he designed Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching Towards the Somme (Lucille Lortel Award), A Man of No Importance, Tiny Alice, Jitney, Saturday Night, Sight Unseen, Three Days of Rain, After Play, Communicating Doors, The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Spunk, Avenue X, Richard II/III, Titus Andronicus, The Changeling, Jeffrey, Pterodactyls, and many others. Mr. Holder has designed at resident theatres across the U.S., and is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama.
