About the Company

Michael T. Weiss MICHAEL T. WEISS* (Pale) appeared as Larry opposite Reese Witherspoon in the Oliver Stone produced film Freeway, which was critically acclaimed at the Sundance Film Festival and beyond. His other film credits include Jeffrey, based on Paul Rudnick’s Off Broadway hit play of the same name featuring Patrick Stewart, Steven Weber, Sigourney Weaver, and Olympia Dukakis; Bones, with Pam Grier and Snoop Dogg; and the independent film Net Worth. Mr. Weiss’ upcoming films include Until the Night, featured at six film festivals this year alone; Iowa, a hardcore look at drug abuse in the Midwest; and Marmalade, a comic look at ageism in the fashion world. His television credits include the dual roles of Joe Haskell and Peter Bradford on NBC’s “Dark Shadows” and Joel Schumacher’s “2000 Malibu Road” for CBS. He is best known for his portrayal of Jarod on the NBC hit “The Pretender,” playing 80 different characters. Mr. Weiss is also a playwright and his play Streams of Consciousness was produced at The Met Theater in Los Angeles. An environmental activist, he serves on the board of directors for the Earth Communications Office, where he has produced 25 public service announcements featuring actors speaking about environmental issues. While in high school, Mr. Weiss studied acting at The Second City and upon graduation was accepted into the University of Southern California’s prestigious School of Drama.
