36 Views was originally produced by The Public Theater/New York Shakespeare Festival, George C. Wolfe, Producer - and - Berkeley Repertory Company, Tony Taccone, Artistic Director and Susan Medak, Managing Director.
36 Views was commissioned by A.S.K. Theatre Projects in Los Angeles. The play was written under the auspices of Princeton University's Hodder Fellowship and workshopped at the McCarter Theatre Center, A.S.K. Theatre Projects' Common Ground Festival, The Public Theater/New York Shakespeare Festival's New Works Now, Sundance Theatre Lab, and Breadloaf.
The Huntington Theatre Company is a member of the League of Resident Theatres (LORT), an association of the nation's leading resident professional theatres; Theatre Communications Group, a national service organization for the nonprofit professional theatre; and StageSource, a regional alliance of theatre artists and producers.
