World Premiere Production!

The author of Joe Turner's Come and Gone returns to the Huntington with another moving chapter (set in the 1930s) in this cycle of plays about the black American experience. The Piano Lesson, a joint production with Yale Repertory Theatre, will be directed by Lloyd Richards, Artistic Director of Yale Repertory Theatre and director of the highly-acclaimed original Broadway production of Wilson's Pulitzer Prize-winning Fences
