His regional credits include Buried Child (Center Stage) and Fun (Actors Theatre Of Louisville). His film credits include The Learning Curve, Courage Under Fire, Outbreak, Vital Signs, and The Dressmaker. He appeared in the television movies “Son Of The Morning Star,” “A Woman Named Jackie,” “The Last To Go,” “Vanished Without A Trace,” “Fever,” “Follow The Stars Home,” “A Time To Heal,” “The Wide Net,” and “Love and Other Sorrows,” and the television series “Pros & Cons,” “Law & Order,” “Third Watch,” “Providence,” “The Practice,” “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” “Players,” “Star Trek: Deep Space 9,” “The X-Files,” “Earth 2,” “Nash Bridges,” and “Murder She Wrote.” Mr. Ransom is a founding member and former artistic director of Naked Angels Theater Company, New York City & Los Angeles.
