
Lisa Peterson (Director) has Off Broadway credits that include Birdy (Women's Project); The Trestle at Pope Lick Creek, Traps, Slavs!, Light Shining in Buckinghamshire (OBIE Award for Direction), and The Waves (all at New York Theatre Workshop); The Fourth Sister and The Batting Cage (Vineyard Theatre); Collected Stories (Manhattan Theatre Club); Sueño (MCC Theater); The Model Apartment (Primary Stages); The Scarlet Letter (Classic Stage Company); and Tongue of a Bird and The Square (The Public Theater/NYSF). Her regional work includes world premieres and classics at the Guthrie Theater, Hartford Stage, Yale Repertory Theatre, Long Wharf Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Dallas Theater Center, Trinity Repertory Company, Baltimore’s Center Stage, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Intiman Theatre, California Shakespeare Theater, Williamstown Theatre Festival, NY Stage & Film, Prince Music Theater, Sundance Institute Theatre Lab, La Jolla Playhouse (where she was associate director from 1992-1995), and the Mark Taper Forum (where she was resident director from 1995-2005). Ms. Peterson is a graduate of Yale College, and a member of Ensemble Studio Theatre and the Drama Dept.
