Michael T. Weiss

Michael T. Weiss (Le Vicomte de Valmont) last appeared with the Huntington as Pale in Lanford Wilson's Burn This. His film credits include the role of Larry opposite Reese Witherspoon in the Oliver Stone produced film Freeway, which was critically acclaimed at the Sundance Film Festival and beyond; Jeffrey, based on Paul Rudnick's Off Broadway hit play, featuring Patrick Stewart, Steven Weber, Sigourney Weaver, and Olympia Dukakis; Bones, with Pam Grier and Snoop Dogg; Net Worth; and Until the Night. Mr. Weiss’ yet to be released films include Iowa (Tribeca film Festival), Marmalade (Best Picture, California Independent Film Festival), Fade, P.T.A., and Razor Sharp. His television credits include the dual roles of Joe Haskell and Peter Bradford on NBC's “Dark Shadows” and Joel Schumacher's “2000 Malibu Road” for CBS. He is best known for his portrayal of Jarod on the NBC hit “The Pretender,” playing 80 different characters. He has a B.F.A in Acting from The University of Southern California School of Drama. Mr. Weiss is also a playwright. His play Streams of Consciousness was produced at The Met Theater in Los Angeles. An environmental activist, he served on the board of directors of the Earth Communications Office where he produced public service announcements featuring actors speaking about environmental issues.
