What to expect as a Calderwood Pavilion volunteer:

• Please arrive at the Pavilion 1 hour and 15 minutes before the performance.
  If you are late for your shift, we may give away your slot to another volunteer.



• Please dress all in black.  No jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers. 



• Duties include stuffing programs, seating patrons, helping in the lobby area
  during intermission, and light clean up after the performance.



• We will confirm your request via email.  Your volunteer date is not set
  until you receive a confirmation.



• And of course, you'll get to see the show for free! Seats cannot be
  guaranteed for volunteers, but we will always do our very best to find you a place to sit.
