Instructor Bios
Introduction to Acting: Practice and Play
Dossy Peabody has been a stage, film, and television actress in Boston for over 25 years. In the early nineties, Dossy began coaching actors and teaching acting classes. Currently she teaches part-time in the Performing Arts Department at Emerson College and continues her private coaching work with actors.
Scene Study
Ken Baltin is a life-long actor and acting teacher. He has performed extensively on Boston area stages for the past twenty years as well as taught in various university and professional theatre programs. He has been on the acting
faculty at The Boston Conservatory since 2002. Ken trained under Uta Hagen and Herbert Berghof in NYC for several years in the 1970s and holds an MFA in Acting from Brandeis University.
