Ted Hewlett’s New York credits include Shogun (original Broadway cast) and productions for Pan Asian Repertory Theatre, Lincoln Center Institute, and Mettawee River Theater Company. Regional theatre appearances include Shakespeare & Company, Syracuse Stage, The Kennedy Center, and Elm Shakespeare Company. In Boston, he has performed with Actors’ Shakespeare Project, New Repertory Theatre, SpeakEasy Stage Company, Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, Publick Theatre, and Boston Theatre Works. He has performed swordfights in the films Hook and Army of Darkness, and worked alongside the Boston Pops for the PBS production “Brush Up Your Shakespeare.” Mr. Hewlett holds an M.F.A. from Brandeis University, teaches theatrical combat at Bay State Fencers, and is on the acting faculty at Emerson College.
