Stephen Bogardus

Stephen Bogardus* (Michael Novak) has appeared on Broadway in Irving Berlin's White Christmas, Old Acquaintance, Man of La Mancha, James Joyce's The Dead, High Society, King David, Love! Valour! Compassion! (Tony Award nomination, Obie Award), Falsettos, The Grapes of Wrath, Les Misérables, and West Side Story. His Off Broadway credits include Sweet Adeline and Allegro (City Center Encores!); Go Back To Where You Are, March of the Falsettos, and Falsettoland (Playwrights Horizons); Genesis and Umbrellas of Cherbourg (New York Shakespeare Festival); and The Pavilion (Rattlestick Playwrights Theater). His regional credits include Some Men (Philadelphia Theatre Company), A Little Night Music (Center Stage Theater), M. Butterfly (Arena Stage), Show Boat and Chess (National Tours), City of Angels (Shubert Theatre), 80 Days (La Jolla Playhouse), and Progress (Long Wharf Theatre). Mr. Bogardus' film and television credits include Julie and Julia, Love! Valour! Compassion!, "Without a Trace," "Monk," "Ed," and all of the "Law & Orders."
