Roni Akurati

Roni Akurati* has regional credits that include A Christmas Carol (Goodman Theatre), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Lyric Opera of Chicago), My Chicago: Stories from the City (Gorilla Tango Theatre), and Sleeping Beauty with SOPA Productions. After appearing in the Emmy Award-nominated WTTC Chicago production of the "Jr. Cuisine Cooking Show," he spent the past year in Hollywood, where he shot the Fox pilot "Prodigy Bully," NBC's "Animal Practice," and Nickelodeon's "Deadtime Stories." Mr. Akurati's film credits include the international production of Chinna Cinema and the short films Zombeo & Juliécula and Microeconomics. Mr. Akurati is the 2013 recipient for the President's Award for Educational Excellence
