Paula Plum was last seen at the Huntington in Jumpers and St. Joan, and she assisted Lloyd Richards on Joe Turner’s Come and Gone, The Piano Lesson, and Seven Guitars. Her Off Broadway credits include Today I am a Man (Greenwich Street Theatre), Strip (Women’s Workshop), and Dances by Isadora (Ohio Theatre). Other Boston credits include Mother Courage and No Exit (American Repertory Theater), Lady Macbeth in Macbeth and Cleopatra in Anthony & Cleopatra (Actors’ Shakespeare Project), Miss Witherspoon and The Heiress (Lyric Stage Company), and The Divine Sister, Body Awareness, Reckless, The Savannah Disputation, The History Boys, and The New Century (SpeakEasy Stage Company). She has been honored with five IRNE Awards and three Elliot Norton Awards, including the Sustained Excellence Award. In 2003 she was named a Distinguished Alumna of Boston University’s School for the Arts. Ms. Plum is the recipient of the 2009 Fox Actor Fellowship Grant, an award given to five actors nationwide to strengthen their relationship with their host theatre company (SpeakEasy Stage Company) and to foster new work.
